“Empowering Youth, Women, and Marginalized Communities for a Thriving Future.

Who We Are

We are the Kenya Youth Federation (KYF), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, women, persons with disabilities (PWD), and marginalized groups. KYF focuses on creating opportunities for leadership, economic growth, and inclusivity while championing sustainable development and social justice. Rooted in the values of equality, transparency, and community-driven change, we strive to transform lives and build a just, inclusive, and prosperous future for all.

What We Do

We empower youth, women, persons with disabilities (PWD), and marginalized groups through leadership training, skills development, entrepreneurship support, and climate action initiatives. By providing access to resources, mentorship, and platforms for participation, we address systemic barriers and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, inclusivity, and community-driven change. Our programs aim to foster a generation of empowered leaders who drive social and economic transformation across Kenya.

Why We Do It

We believe in the transformative power of youth. In Kenya, youth, women, persons with disabilities (PWD), and marginalized communities face systemic barriers to education, employment, and leadership opportunities. These challenges limit their potential and hinder national progress.

Our mission is to address these inequalities, empower individuals, and create opportunities that drive sustainable development. By equipping youth with skills, resources, and platforms for participation, we aim to break cycles of poverty, foster inclusivity, and inspire a generation of leaders who will transform Kenya and Africa for the better.
